Guest guest
I too have two month old that I'm working on repositioning. Kayla is just like Zoey does whatever it takes to get to her preferred side. We are making great progress during tummy time but still struggle when it comes to sleeping. Please keep me posted on your success and I will do the same. Sincerely, Kathy Re: New here - 2 month old twins..one with a lumpy noggin > Hi and welcome to the group!! Thanks for the welcome. Well my twin stinkers have been doing some amazing gymnastics to land on their preffered sides. Since Zack is less stubborn he has resigned himself to the new sleeping positions. I'm still working on Zoey (the girl would rather twist herself in half and stair at a wall, than a perfectly fun mobile). For more plagio info

Sounds exactly how my daughter reacted to repositioning!! Sooo funny! Keep trying, you're doing great! It can be exhausting at times, but keep up the good work! ) Kendra (Hanna, DOC grad (April-Sept 2000) Re: New here - 2 month old twins..one with a lumpy noggin > Hi and welcome to the group!! Guest guest
Hi and welcome to the group!! Congratulations on twins!!! You must have your hands full- literally! Niki gave you some really good advice, especially on taking pictures to document progress- sometimes the eye really plays with your mind so that third eye really helps when your unsure over months past if things are getting better or not. Does either one have any problems with turning to the left or right? Or tilting thier head always to one side? It was hard for me to spot tort at 2 months, I never knew why my son was fighting me to lay certain ways until the Doc dx it! Repositioning at this age is a great tool to help prevent any further flattening- its a tiresome job but if you are able to be there- I think you'll see great results. We started repositioning even before 2 months, however, we did this mostly on our own without a Doctor telling us of its importance (not agressively) and the torticollis was hard to fight with keeping him off that flat spot- as well as daycare issues. Good luck to you- with hard work and determination hopefully you can avoid the helmet/band process altogether!!! Please keep us posted on your progress!
