Guest guest
I am looking to get Myah a scooter for Christmas. She rode the neighbor's this summer-probably more than he did! It was a small, 3-wheeled, Spiderman one, but she is getting bigger and I really want to get her something appropriate to her age and weight. Does anyone's kid have a scooter and do you like it? I don't know what would happen on a 2 wheeled scooter. I have never tried one to know if I would fall on it! LOL I see some 3 wheeled scooters that accommodate up to 100 pounds which would make you think they are big enough, but the foot plate looks small like it might be awkward for an 8 year-old foot. She's about 45 inches tall, 60 pounds. Thanks!
Guest guest
Nick's got a Razor Fuzion Scooter (it has 4 wheels, but the handle bar/front two wheels aren't fixed).? Nick is a little leary on it because it wobbles some but a lot less than what the 2 wheel or even the 3 wheel ones wobble.? Zachary (6)? has the little kid's version (the front wheels/handbar are fixed).? has the 2 wheel version and loves it.? (My Mom initially got Nick the 2 wheel version but he would never use it so we found the 4-wheel version thinking it would work better.? It does somewhat, but he won't work at it to get comfortable with it and typically ends up walking it or carrying it when we take them on the trail (paved).)
