Guest guest
No we do not do Boxing Day in the US. I wish we did. It sounds like fun. The only time it is a legal holiday is when Christmas falls on Sunday. I think that Kwaanza may be celebrated on December 26 but am not sure. The only thing significant, historically in the US on Dec. 26, is that two of our 44 Presidents have died on Dec. 26. Harry Truman in 1972 and Gerald R. Ford in 2006. Have a wonderful Christmas...and Boxing Day everyone.
