Guest guest
Hi Trisha & welcome to our group! We have a wonderful group member, Owen's mom, who fought & beat Cigna! It took her lots of work & appeals, but she finally got Cigna to pay for her son's DOCband. I'll find her information & give you her email address, she is very very helpful & offers assistance to anyone fighting Cigna. I think she might currently be on vacation, but I'm sure she'll help you in your fight.! I also think I saw a recent post where Cigna paid for another DOCband, I'll see what I can find on that too while I'm at it! I am glad Braeden's tort. is improving thus far. Keep up with the stretching & physical therapy, I'm sure it can be very frustrating at times. You are very lucky to have caught Braeden's tort & plagio at such a young age. You'll get excellent correction while he is in his band being at a younger age. I don't have many good suggestions in keeping him in place! Kids, especially with tort. can be quite stubborn in sleeping or lying in different positions. Maybe look at our Bookmarks section in our group for some repositioning products? Sorry! Welcome again, we're glad to have you....I'll be right back with Cigna winners! Please keep us updated. Guest guest
Hi, welcome to the group. My daughter wore a starband for severe brachy (flat in back) and did very well. She started at 5 mo, but 6.5 is still very good. The PT/stretches for tort will be very important to. We were lucky my daughter didn't have tort. Let us know how Grayson adjusts to his band. -christine sydney 22 mo starband grad > > > My son Grayson is 6.5 months & will be getting his Star band on dec 6th > we had our 1st appt at childrens on wen, then his scan on thur.
