UHC just called. The Appeals Coordinator was stuttering and I

wasn't even being mean! The will not allow the reporter to be

conferenced in.

I told her then the reporter will only get my side of the story.

She was actually stuttering! HAHAHAHA!

I guess I will invite my brother. He is very experienced in

politely laying into people. He is in politics. That's his job!
