Anja the mom is much too busy feeding the twins, readjusting their heads, convincing them neck boppy's are fun, moving toys to the opposite side of their heads during tummy time, etc.... to possibly log into a group -> I do print out postings for her to read. She's happy if she has enough time to have a shower and eat lunch during the day. Thanks for the excercise tips..I just naturally did a couple of them on my own..but that carrying position should be fun. I've been amazed by how much Zack's neck strength has improved from the tummy time. He can hold his head up..turn it side to side..for at least 30 seconds now. Meanwhile Zoey uses the time to reacquaint herself with her thumb (it's so much easier on the tummy..the thumb is just sitting there waiting for you).
