Guest guest
Bonnie, Allyson does have mild tort. None of her docs noticed it. But I'm an occupational therapist and I noticed that she tended to turn to the right more than the left. So I checked with one of my physical therapy friends who said she did have tort. We've been ranging her neck and it seems to be loosening up. I'm hoping to set up a casting appointment for her soon. The pediatrician and neurosurgeon both said not to band. My ped said it won't round out but her hair will cover it (not what I wanted to hear.) However Allyson's neonatologist (she's a preemie) brought the whole idea of banding up to me. That's why I'm confused about what to do because her case is mild and people keep telling me not to have her banded. Her face appears symmetrical but I do notice that the right side of her forehead is slightly more prominent than the left. It's not really noticeable now but I'm concerned that if her head keeps growing like this, then the prominence will become more noticeable. Is there any asymmetry to Dylan's face? > > Hi Everyone! > > > > Today was the big day! Dylan got his STARband today. It's so sad to > > see him in it.
