Spironolactone. 100mg two weeks after the AVS procedure. I have been on

Potassium

supplements for 6 months after they measured my potassium at 2.6. I have been on

Norvasc for about 4 years. At this time I am only taking the Spironolactone.

Stopped the

Norvasc adn potassium supplements. One week after taking the Sriroolactone

measure

postassium level is 3.6

Prior to taking the potassium supplements it was averaging about 148:94. After

taking

taking the potassium supplements it averages 140:77. I take the BP readings in

the

morning in a resting lying down position. I did suffer a TIA in 2006 and the

only thing

they found was very low potassium so they put me on supplements for several

weeks.

The Endocrinologist went over the numbers with me but I do not remember the

exact

figures. I will try to request a copy of them.

I have had two MRI's one in 2001 and detailed adrenal gland one in 2007. Both

show a 1

cm adenoma on the left adrenal gland

I have not been good about Dashing. I have been doing it off and on over the

last several

years.
