YIKES- be careful about tightening that strap if its a DOC band- they only

want you to fold it over, not to even pull it, and just let it attach without

any pulling- but I can't remember if you have a STARband or a locally made

helmet? I didn't like seeing red marks at all- I even made her shave a

little off the forehead spot where it was a dot of red because it bothered

me- I'm such a pain

Hi Darcy,

I can't say there is a hugh difference yet in the flat spot but I am

confidant that the helmet is working. Over the last week, we

weren't seeing any red marks on his forehead. My husband thought we

weren't tightening the strap enough BUT I couldn't get it any

tighter. Art said this was because his head shape had changed and

the helmet didn't fit properly anymore. Since Art adjusted it today,

the red mark is back. I'm truely amazed by it all!!
