Guest guest
Thanks Carolyn I do feel really good. I think I am smaller now than I was before I got pregnant with Bryar, but in no way smaller than when I got pregnant with Sawyer. At one time, I had like 16% body fat and abs that you could see! LOL.... I am so tired of stressing over when to workout though, it drives me nuts. I so wish I could get up early and do it when the boys are sleeping! Guest guest
oh poor darcy, i hope that eye clears up soon. good job on getting a workout in but do take it easy. your body also needs some energy to heal.Darcy <ledman@...> wrote: You are so sweet . Thank you... Correction though - I only have 2 little ones (unless you count dh) This group is the only one that "understands" exercise. I so wish my husband would just say "boy you sure work hard to look the way you do"... or just some recognition for my commitment.... I'm glad I have you guys.........tonight, was a bad night. I have pink eye so my eyes are killing me.. I'm just wore out and frustrated. I was going to just go to bed, but I knew I had my 21 day challenge so I thought I'd do 30 minutes at least.... WELL, I am happy to report and an hour and 20 minutes later I completed my workout fully This challenge has helped a lot. I am just trying to unwind and get my butt to bed. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.. I can spend some time w/ my boys AND get my workout in at a decent time.Darcyday 7/21 dc completed.. (wow, 33% done already!)
