One of the few times I do feel really well is at attitude. My cousin

lives near to Denver up in the hills and I love visiting her. I have a

bad head for a day after landing which I put down to jet-lag and lack

of sleep - after that I feel great and my BP is also much better. I do

get nose bleeds but a humidifier helps with that.

If I could get the okay to fly from the haemo I would go out for a week

in the spring but that isn't likely....

Hi Helen,

I wish you could get the permission to fly. If you came the USA I would

love to come and see you again. There are lots of interesting sights

here. Otherwise, I wish I could come up to Scotland again to see you.

You are one of the nicest people I have ever met.

Other than that, maybe you could go to a high place in Switzerland -

which in summer is so beautiful.
