My doctor - a cardiologist who " delimits current knowledge " showed me an

American Heart Assn bulletin on this

http://www.resperate.com/discover/what_is_resperate.aspx?src=cld.next1

a kind of biofeedback device to train oneself to paced breathing, which

seems to have good results i many trials.

What do you think?

Worth a trial and they have a money back guarantee. The most recent

randomized trial showed no effect on BP.

But may work in some individuals.

Keep us posted.

My gut feeling is that it will not have a long term effect. Do us a good

trial.

Not likely to be harmful.

May your pressure be low!
