I won my appeal!!!!!!!! They at first would not even approve my

request for the expedited one and I was not supposed to hear their

decision until May 17. I can't believe I won!!! I thought for sure it

would take at least 2 appeals and maybe still be denied! la

will get casted next friday and since we live in Phoenix,should get

her band about 7 to 10 days after that! I just want everyone to know

that Cigna denied for cosmetic, and no documentation of conservative

medical therapy. The majority of my appeal came from the Files

section here!! So thank you so much everyone here for your

help!!!!!!!!I am so happy and I'll admit I did cry a little when

Cigna called!Now that I know it can be done I am anxious to help

others win their appeals. IT can be done!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much

everyone here for your support and finger crossing. Ok I have to go

finish my happy dance!!!
