Guest guest
Hi everybody, I am getting plenty of sodium from the food that I eat (peanut butter, bagels, hamburgers) but I am also eating vegetables and some fruit. I am not drinking too much water, and I do urinate frequently, so I feel my nutrition is ok. I took 2 Ibuprofen tablets today with breakfast, and I have less pain tonight and less swelling, but it is HARD TO SLEEP without Ambien. I also felt rather spacey all day and did not feel like talking much. There is a BIG DIFFERNCE when I take Ambien and get more sleep than when I don't take it and wake up 5 or 6 times at night and don't get as much sleep. I have no doctor to check with here and no time to do so unless I become very ill. I have only about a 7 days left, and I take frequent breaks and I never ski alone. The worst thing is the dryness and my carpal tunnel in my wrists is bad, but that is a known fact. Besides not feeling great, I am enjoying this town. Aspen is beautiful and the people are nice. Thanks for all your feedback. Airlinerg > > > I got a spliting headache after being here for 3 days. > > > > The first 3 days, no headache. Guest guest
I am sure there are experts there in high altitude sickness if you need one. Ask the ski patrol who to go to if you have problems.
