Thanks for all your suggestions.

I have skied yesterday and came home with sore muscles all over -

especially the back, so I took 1000 mg of Tylenol because I am not

supposed to use NSAIDS. It was 6 degrees Farenheit last night so I did

not go out.

Instead I took Ambien CR 6.25 mg for the second night and slept for

about 8 and 1/2 hours. I hope I can sleep without the Ambien tonight.

The dreams were very vivid in the last hour. I also took a 1 hour nap

from 5 pm to 6 pm which I needed the most.

At home I can only sleep 5 hours, but I feel more energy in the

afternoon after sleeping 8 1/2 hours. I am not too cold in any weather

from 20 to 30 degrees Farenheit and wear double layers.

I notice frequent urination, am drinking as much water as possible. I

am not sure what my blood pressure is, but I will try to check it.
