Luckily, the headache was gone on the 4th day (that I had all day on

the 3rd day.)

I have taken your suggestions and have been drinking more water. I

had to urinate 8 times between 8am and 12 noon.

I get up at 6:30 am and start skiing about 9am. The morning is best

about 9:30 am to 11:00 am. I take a break and drink hot water and

cold water. Lunch about 12:00 noon.

I get a rest at lunch from about 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm after eating. In

the afternoon about 2pm I get very fatigued, and I stop skiing by

2:30 pm. This fatigue is especially bad after eating lunch about 12

noon.

I don't mind sitting in the jacuzzi for about 15 minutes and then

eating by 6:30pm, and then I try to be in bed by 8pm or 9pm. I sleep

about 3 hours and then I wake up with vivid thoughts, but the dryness

when laying down is terrible especially with the CPAP machine. I have

continued taking Tylenol 1000 mg at night.

My left knee aches more when lying down as well as my left back, and

carpal tunnel is much worse up here.

I do not mind the cold weather if it is not windy at about 15 to 25

degrees farenheit, but I hate the heat if I go inside a building and

it is more than 70 degrees.

I have run into a lot of familiar faces which is very nice in the

small town, and also some people from the past.

I will give another report soon.
