Hi, I have only posted a couple times before, but read all the

postings daily. Thanks for all the information. Our daughter Sofia

will be getting, we believe, a DOC band soon. Right now we are trying

to precertify with our insurance(United Health care) and are possibly

looking for someone in network. We were referred to Cranial

Therapies(a cranial tech. clinic in Burbank, Ca.), but they are not

contracted. Does anyone know of any other clinics or companies that do

the cranial bands? If we can not find one, UHC said they will probably

give us a waiver to use Cranial Therapies. Are these so specialized

that there are only one or two in a state?

I will be anxious to hear from anyone, especially in the so. cal. area?

Thank you again,

kellie cruz(mom to Sofia 6 months)

Anyone go to Cranial Therapies in Los Angeles? It is a small member of

Cranial Tech. Please let me know if you do. I have a question or two

regarding that office. I am in the process of deciding whether to band or

not and am curious about others who may have experiences with these people.

, mom of Ashlyn, 6 mo.

I just had my first visit at the Toluca Lake office on Thurs. My son was casted and we will get his band in 2 weeks. I did like the therapist a lot. He has been doing this for 14 years and he is good with children. I will try to answer any questions you may have.

We've been taking Ben to Cranial Therapies since July. The place is

great. is great, as is . The office staff is very

friendly and professional. We're usually there on Wednesday

afternoons, so if you see us, please say hello. Feel free to contact

me directly if you'd like. We should be finishing up treatment in mid-

November.
