,

I am so glad to hear that you had a much better experience this time

around! Based on this conversation, do you think that you will be

going with a DOCband, or are you pretty set on going to Stanford for

the helmet? Either way, good luck to you and !

:

I am so happy that you rec'd the answers to your questions from CT's

president. That is rare that the other office wasn't so informative

to answering the questions, sorry to hear that :(.

Are you debating on getting a DOCband?

Hi :

I am SOO glad that the second phone call went so much better for

you. How wonderful that CT took the time to talk with you about your

son and to give you the information that you need in order to make

you decisions. And hopefully the San Diego center will re-train on

customer service,so no-one else has to go through what you went

through.

Keep us posted!

Kind regards,

, Rhiannons' mom
