This is a standard file that is on every PC with Microsoft Internet

Explorer. This is a prank that has spread across the entire

country. The file is used for loading webpages that contain java

code. If it is not there, you may have trouble surfing the net.

Please download a new copy of Microsoft Explorer from the Microsoft

website. Make sure you replace your existing copy.
