LOTS of it.. rub it in really well, keep putting it on till it won't rub in any more.. then put LOTS and LOTS of A & D ointment on it... it keeps the cream on your hands, and adds yet another barrier. Then I put a pair of gloves on.. tried the socks, but they drive me nuts while I'm sleeping... LOL Just make sure it's not a tight fitting pair of gloves, and you'll be fine Next morning.. your hands are soft as a baby's bottom!
