Cigna REALLY SUCKS!!

I just got a letter...no not the denial letter that they said was sent out on

4/24 (which BTW is the day we sent in the pre auth. they claim they never got)

but a letter saying :

" I received your request on 5/20/02 @ 4:36:49PM (wow to the second) for review

of Pre Auth Denial...blah blah blah " Hello what the hell are they talking

about???? I never even got the DENIAL and it says that I will have a decision 30

days from the day the letter was sent...

What do I do now besides call and bitch somemore?!?!?!?!?! sorry I am just

peaved!!! I have to go get a glass of wine...!!!!

I would keep calling & b!tching at them. I know though that there is

hope for you, becuz Cigna has recently actually been paying for bands

when before they NEVER paid. There's some Cigna appeal information

in the " files " " help folder " " insurance help " section of the group.

Have you looked at that yet?
