loop hole found to possibly beat Tricare

Hi there everyone I think we have found a loop hole to beat Tricare.

The chief of pediatrics called me and told me that Tricares policy

excludes to DOC band but the exclusion says DOC band for treatment of

positional plagiocephaly. Mya has what they are calling congenital

plagiocephaly since it was caused inutero. So the chief of

pediatrics of the military hospital is working on getting it approved

that way. So I am praying that that works!! I guess after this

Tricare will be rewording the exclusion which is really awful. They

sent a letter to a congressmen that I wrote to for help saying that

they do not pay for DOC band because it is cosmetic and there is no

proof that it will help anything and that it wont just get better on

its own. What idiots they are!! Besides the obvious they are saying

that its not a covered benefit so why have they already paid $1050??

What morons!! I really hope we beat these idiots! Just thought Id
