Guest guest
Robyn, I don't know how helpful this would be, but I had Blue Cross when we were in Ca. and I think it says somewhere in their bylaws that if the ped. refers it then they HAVE to pay. At least that was my experience. Maybe you can get your ped. to write a belated referral or at least a letter stating how time was of the essence and the people at Loma already told you they wouldn't treat after one year of age, which milestone your son would have hit by the time they could have made an appt. for you. Or something like that. ( I think pregnancy is destroying my cognitive abilities!) Best of luck, Jill Ramos, Las Vegas, Nevada
