Trisha. This is awful!! I know exactly how you feel. But why if cigna

feels this way are they covering other people's bands? Gabby did not

have surgery..You need to bring up stuff like this!! Did you read

Thanks...I know I think they are just pulling at strings because all of us moms are putting up fights so they are thinking of new reasons....well I am documenting everything and saving it all....my appeal will probably be more like a novel....oh well....I have to prove my case...Thanks to everyone here....Trisha

Thanks for the well wishes...Insurance companies are slimes they are suppose to

help you but they want to play God....Sorry...I'm just not happy w/any of them

Just want to wish you luck with your appeal. I used to work in a

Chiro office doing the insurance billing, and it is amazing,

boardering criminal, with what kinds of things the insurance

companies will do. Sometimes it depends on an adjuster that you get

that reviews the case, they quit, you get a new one, and the claim

goes right through, no problems. Really frustrating.

I hope that in your case this will hold true. I know that the LAST

thing you have to worry about is this mountain of paperwork that you

now are faced with. Yuck.
