robyn1767, Debbie & Cindy - Mackenzie is in her band!

Well, Mackenzie now has her band at 10 months 5 days. She is actually

taking a nap in it right now. She seems to be handling it quite well

once it is on her head and not being adjusted. That seems to set her off

but calms down once she is left alone. When we got to CT here in Phoenix

this morning, the first thing we actually did was to have her picture

taken by Tim Littlefield on their 3-D imaging camera. It was quite

astonishing to see her pic once they were done. Speaking of pics, we

received the before shots (as well as measurements) that were taken on

Wednesday and I'm glad to see that they support that we are not crazy!

Mackenzie does have a misshapen head and we were right to do this for

her. What a relief to see that affirmation. I did get emotional though

when I saw her in it for the first time...I'm gonna miss feeling her

head against my neck when she comes up for cuddles. I guess I'm gonna

have to cuddle her as much as I can during the hour off! Later on today

I'm off to 's to buy some stickers for it so it doesn't seem so

blatantly white! I'll post some pics of her in it once we have them

downloaded onto the computer. Thanks again for all the support that I

have received here...it is so nice to know that we are not alone.

Debbie - thanks for letting me know that you continued using the

lavender baby wash...I love smelling Mackenzie when she has been washed

with it and I'm glad that it should be something we can continue.
