Hi all,

Check out this link to the Secret Life of the Brain- I hope you can all access this- you may need to download the shockwave player. It's a 3-D image of the brain and it explains that the occipital lobe (along with showing you) controls vision and any damage to this region could even cause blindness- even if the eyes themselves are not damaged. Maybe you could print this for your appeals and try to tie it all in together about medical necessity?
