Guest guest
I have to share this with you. I have been giggling and smiling about it all day. I took Olivia for an " interview " with her potential preschool. There was another mom there doing the same thing. She said, " You're son's so cute. His head is so nice and round. " ROFLMAO! Her friend's son was in a helmet from the Cleveland Clinic. Even though he did have improvement, she said it was still noticeable. Isn't that a hoot! Dane had moderate plagio. I never doubted our decision to band him, but this just really reinforced my feelings of gratitude to CT. If you look at him now, you wouldn't know anything was ever wrong. I am just completely amazed. and Trisha, we had to go back a couple of times the first week. I think I mentioned this before. His band was hanging a little low over his eye. He had a pressure point (hold spot?) near there, so wanted to be cautious about adjusting it. We live 15-20 min away, so running in there was really no big deal. Everything obviously worked out wonderfully! Dane's mom DOC Grad BTW - The teacher said Olivia is going to be a class leader. It's a Montesorri school and she just walked in and took charge! She got accepted!
Guest guest
I wish it were as hard to get the disease as it is to get it diagnosed and properly treated. We spend so much time and money fighting to get tested properly, in order to get what? The diagnosis that NO doctors want to treat, that only a FEW doctors know how to treat, that may disable us for life? The diagnosis that may land the doctors who do take mercy on us and help us in hot water with their medical boards, and sometimes even get their licenses taken away? This whole thing is astounding to me. The political hot potato, that gets tossed from one sucker to the next, that ultimately, we live with on our laps every day. _________________________________________________________________ Cheer a special someone with a fun Halloween eCard from American Greetings!
