Oh my goodness the visual image that brings up is hilariously disturbing.To everyone who hasn't seen the "shake weight" commercials - look them up on YouTube and you'll know what I mean…You crack me up !

Ha Ha, well it's a New Year, so you could double your exercise? I am

lucky if I can get through my Curves workout today. Still getting over a

nasty virus that left me tired and still coughing some after a week.
