Gail, I have not one sore spot. We did try and band . As a

matter of fact we tried really hard. But because of his age and

stubborness, he kept taking the band off. Sincerely, Debi

maybe I missed something due to my sleep deprivation. You mentioned

that the ped who brushed you off so many times quit and went to work

for Cigna. By any chance was Cigna your insurance company? If so,

did they hassle you about paying for the bands or the surgery? I

would be curious to see if you compared the cost of the surgery to

that of a band. I hope this doesn't open up any sore spots for you,

but it is a hot topic around our house right now.
