Guest guest
Hi Beth & welcome to our group! We have had a couple other Australian group members. Where did you receive your daughter's helmet from? How did she handle the casting? You should get good correction from her helmet at 6 mos of age. She should be hitting many good growth spurts over the next few mos.. MOST babies have no trouble adjusting to wearing their new helmets. Some however do get a bit upset & have trouble sleeping for the first few days, but that is rare. My daughter had no trouble adjusting to her bands & went about her normal happy routine. You are definitely not a neurotic mother for worrying about your daughter's head shape all this time. You'll be thrilled with your decision to get her a helmet Welcome again, please let us know when her helmet is in.
