Just got my vitamix a week ago and have been doing smoothies,soups,sorbets and today I braved my first All veggie drink! I put in tomatoe,celery,sliver onion,1/2 garlic,lemon,red pepper,sunflower sprouts,zucchini,carrot and to spice it up some cayenne pepper,mrs dash (original) and a sm chunk of ginger root.
