Incorporating small lifestyle changes into your daily routine builds on itself and once one lifestyle change becomes automated, it tends to make you want to learn and do more. Going slow is a very smart way to do it - more likely to create new habits that will last for a lifetime, than a fad diet that comes and goes…Good for you!
