Guest guest Posted January 5, 2012 Report Share Posted January 5, 2012 So I have been enjoying a smoothie (usually a green one) almost every morning but sometimes I just run out of time to make it before work. I am thinking of trying to make them the night before and store it in a mason jar in the fridge. I am wondering if anyone has any knowledge/opinion about how much of the health benefits I may be losing by not drinking it until 10 hours later?
