Berkowitz is writing a story for the LA Times about Construction

Arbitration Services (CAS). This is the same company that was involved in the

well

publicized case where a family in Oregon was able to get out of the forced

arbitration due to a perjurious affidavit submitted by the legal counsel for CA

S. Public Citizen has asked 12 Insurance Commissioners to investigate this

company but they are not.

Numerous homeowners have been forced into arbitration using CAS. is

looking for anyone in CA who has been forced to arbitrate with this company --

he wants to tell their stories. If you know of anyone that would like to talk
