For those ages it seems like videos showing kids with DS doing regular kid

things would be best to emphasize the similarities rather than the differences.

We videotape my daughter horseback riding, ballroom dancing, etc. and I think

those show that she is interested in the same things other people her age are.

She's also into football and we taped her doing Raider reports a couple years

ago. I also like the idea of showing something from the r-word area to remind

the kids not to use it. Her Raider reports are on YouTube and can be found if

you put in a search for the words Raider & Down syndrome if you are interested.
