Former moldy rotten condo scandal

Just found out that there is a potential scandal in a

New England town with two separate toxic mold dream

condos, both " on an island. " These have around 80 to

100 units.

Condo No. 1 took action, vacated problem condo, and

are remediating all the condos.

The property values are dropping almost 100K lately,

as the word gets out.

Condo No. 2 is a similar structure, built at the same

time, but going bankrupt a few times during

construction, hired cheap labor, and has rotting walls

under the wood siding that people think is just

beautiful and don't know the history, and they are now

asking 500K , selling to unsuspecting buyers. The

town officials know, the board knows, but they

continue to cover up the story.

This happen to me only I was Renting gated area 9 floors I was on the first

floor after the Storm for years no one care to make repairs to the roof beware.
