I bought the vitamix about 2 years ago, used it for a while eagerly, then just used it occasionally for salsa... I had a stint of unemployment, and really packed on a ton of weight, im 5'11 and about 260 now... I am starting a new routine, not going all out nutz to exercise and such just yet, but starting my day every day with a green drink instead of a stop at mcs, and taking the stairs whenever I can... trying to eat healthier, but still plan on treating myself a little on weekends... Last night made a nice Marinara sauce in the vitamix and cooked it with some ground turkey, very tasty and I dont think it was very bad for me... I'm glad I found this group!
