Green smoothie - Day 3

So Monday I had my first green smoothie after stumbling upon Lea Ann's website.

Tuesday I decreased the fruit a bit and increased the spinach. As I was going

to bed last night, I found myself planning and looking forward to my next green

smoothie for breakfast! LOL.

I didn't think that I would like them, but it turns out I do! Today, I

decreased the fruit a bit more and increased the spinach a bit more too. I'm

almost there with the sweetness balance. Thanks Lea Ann for introducing me to a

wonderful, healthy habit!
