Donna, I just fell on the ice this winter (impaired balance :( ) and

landed right on my tailbone. It hasn't seemed to progress my symptoms

that I can tell, BUT it it still sore, and I could barely climb stairs

for 2-3 weeks. I consider myself fairly fit and fitness-minded, so I

kept going to the gym and modified my workout. I occasionally see a

Massage Therapist and have not had the time to go since the fall. I

believe it will be helpful when I do make the time to go. Do you still

have problems? If so, maybe you should see a Physical Therapist or

Massage Therapist, yourself. Bye for now,

I was diagnosed at 8 yrs. of age with Type 2, new mutation in family.

When I was a child I fell on my skates and the roller was sideways and my

tailbone hit the screwhead of the wheel. My Mom said I couldn't get up for a

long while and the area turned black and blue for months. This happened

before I was diagnosed at 8 yrs. of age with Type 2, new mutation in family.

I fell the same way when PG with Adam. I passed out after a blood test and

went over backward. My foot hit my tail bone. I cracked my tail bone. It hurt

me for months. ARRGG I still remember the pain.
