Latest update to my mold saga

So fellow listees - the drama continues.

(My health has improved in comparison and after seeing Marinkovich and

getting the hell out of the apartment

Still sustain " hits " and suffer greatly. Will take a long time to recover.)

Now here comes the craziest thing you have ever heard.....

Apartment complex offered remediation, in writing and moves me to new

apartment. BUT then turned around and served me with an evicition notice on

OLD apartmetn AND THEN a 30 day notice to vacate the TEMPORARY apartment

they offered to me. They are, in effect, bullying me and get me to go

homeless while holding hostage all my personal belongings in OLD place.

(It's all still there) . Lawyers are working on case.

Yes you read that right.

Offer remediation / Refused to let me get anything I can (IF I could) / Then

evict me from not only old apartment, but evict me from the apartment THEY

offered to me while they remediate. All within 6 weeks. Can anyone say

" fucking with me " ? Retaliation? Breach of contract? This is getting ugly.

Still sleeping on the floor BTW and still without a job.

I'm very sorry to hear this and it absolutely makes no sense.

Obviously they had and have a plan and probably very likely

following what their attorney suggested. In reality, as we all know,

no matter what type of a mold situation you are dealing with

medical, insurance, financial, etc., nothing is easy and definately

moves at a snails pace. I only hope in time the ones that have

ridiculed and chastised us, that they will have the opportunity in

the end to experience the same. I truly understand your anger and it

is most definately within reason.

I just as of you and everyone else one favor, please use caution

when venting, not to be a prude but certain " cuss " words are not

appropriate on an open forum. I don't want to offend anyone and we

also may have school children reading this.
