Guest guest
Hi all, Verria mentioned a list of organic vs. conventional produce. Every year, Environmental Working Group (EWG) updates the list of conventional produce that is (relatively) safe to buy/eat, and a companion list of convential produce you should never buy/eat (because of pesticide residue that cannot be removed). For those who have not heard of this list and for those who have but lost the bookmark to EWG's website, here is the URL for this page: EWG's Shopper's Guide to Pesticides in Produce: http://www.ewg.org/foodnews/ Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of this page.
