Discovery of Sewer Vandalism - creating mold lawsuits, etc.

Due to the millions of dollars being paid on insurance claims regarding mold in

addition to the health hazards (and deaths) linked to it, with sewer floods

being the number 1 cause, one would think that uncovering sewer vandalism would

be of interest. Not in Fresno, CA. See pics below [ email me for copies of

pictures ]Brand new clamps on rotted pipes. I have never had any plumbing

problems or plumbing work done during the 30 yrs I have lived here. This was

done without my knowledge or consent. City of Fresno seemed more upset over my

report that their sewer floods were obviously the result of vandalism rather

than negligence in sewer maintenance. This sewer vent was switched! This is

one of the 2 areas where the sewage was coming from. There will be no

investigation of sewer vandalism on private or public property. Not even the

trail of this kind of vandalism being carried out through Fresno/Clovis by

people linked to verified forgeries; acquiring property by fraud. Whether this

is part of something bigger than the law suits it enables (being filed), running

people off their property, or health hazards being created, it will not be

pursued. Aerial views show the lawns on these properties were excavated,

explaining the cracks throughout the foundation of the buildings and surrounding

cement. Neon displays removed/altered and put back. Sprinklers taken out and

put back in different areas! Original tile in bathroom and kitchen removed and

replaced in order to get into the plumbing. Linoleum pulled up and put back

down. Seams throughout entire house caulked. With the discovery of fraudulent

legal documents on 2 of these 3 properties, in addition to the onslaught of

sewer, plumbing and gas-line problems that went on, I am quite certain that an

investigation would show that these properties were being prepared for quite an

insurance claim against the City. Possibly a fire or explosion, in order to

rebuild. On record, the City repeatedly took responsibility for ongoing

negligence without blinking an eye. This appears to be a very large elder

abuse, real estate theft, insurance fraud operation being allowed to continue.

The interference in my property insurance further shows who is involved - the

same man who conspired in having the fraudulent legal documents drawn up, naming

HIMSELF, " Successor Trustee. " I suspect he is responsible for much more, and

much worse. Without being allowed to pursue the other crimes I reported, his

secret sideline will continue. Every other City I have checked with, takes

sewer vandalism extremely serious. The focus in Fresno is denial of having

anything to do with this - nothing else. Rude/nasty letters that contradict the

other. It is important to know that others are being taught how to carry this

out and get by with it. Agencies that claim to be in the business of overseeing

or helping have been the first to slam the door. Clearly, unless an outside

agency is willing to intervene, this is going to continue to spread further and

further. We are no longer safe in our own homes.
