SO GLAD that you like the soup! I just kind of "invented it" one day and thought that it was sparse on ingredients, but I just wanted to find a way to get down a bunch of collards. I REALLY like it too, but was afraid that it was because I am weird - LOL ;-)You will LOVE the collard chips - and probably end up hoping they give you a bunch of collards (or kale) again next month. You will also likely feel better - greens are SO GOOD for you!OH - I just realized why you got so many collards - our grocery store was stocked up on them too - it is part of the traditional New Year's Day meal (greens, black eye peas, and ham)

Speaking of greens and black eyed peas for New Years-this year for

the very first time that I recall, my local grocer had pint

containers of fresh black eyed peas in the fridge next to the

produce. They were delicious.
