Guest guest Posted May 24, 2012 Report Share Posted May 24, 2012 Hello, My name is Debbie and I am new to this group. My husband and I have adopted and bio children. We have 2 adopted children that have Down Syndrome. Our 3 1/2 year old petite daughter presently sleeps in a crib with a crib tent. She is a climber and fits fine in the crib, however I was wondering what the next safe type of bed should be. She moves a lot in her sleep but generally stays asleep all night. When she is awake she goes non-stop all day and climbs a lot and tries to squeeze into small places while playing. Any suggestions or experiences about bed transitioning would be greatly appreciated.
