What does neuropathy mean? I've been diagnosed with neuropathy in both legs.

That means my legs are dying right?

My doctor used the term peripheral neuropathy to describe the back

and neck pain/freezing/burning I was having. I know it's not

everyone's favorite medical site, but here is a link to explaining

peripheral neuropathy on webmd. Essentially neuropathy is nerve

disease.

no, your legs are not " dying. " it just means that you have " neuropathy " or

pain, from nerve damage.....in many cases, to the legs, or other

extremities.
