A Rip-Off by Health Insurers?

It is a very interesting article. I have always felt that if we pooled our resources together with other health professions, PT's Accupuncture, MD', DO's and even Dentists, we would have a stronger case against the insurance company. It is the same company that all health professionals go to and have problems with. Is there a way we as Oregon D.C.s could show our support in joining in the lawsuit against the insurance companies? Is there a general interest across the field here? Just curious.

Thanks for the info

I am surprised that the conspiracy is so convoluted. The ever present seduction of higher profits will do this sometimes. In my ignorance, I thought it simply went, "You are small, we are big, here is your $20. If you cry foul, you will meet our army of lawyers." Lindekugel, DC A Rip-Off by Health

You perception is basically right .... it is just that, if you squawk, the army of lawyers has to have something on which to hang their hat ..... hence the convolution.
