,

I need to know what you are taking and how much. I will try anything right

now.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and had most of a brain tumor removed. I was exposed

to Stachybotrys Mold and it seems like my 140 IQ has dropped somewhere around

12. LOL!

Rosie, you are very informed on things like this....do you think it would help

me?

Thanks,

Marcie

sheath, I

think is made from fatty tissue of some kind. So, I am taking some omega 3

supplementation to try to help offset the neural damage I have suffered from the

mold

exposure. I am using flax oil, and now that my digestion is working again from

the

antifungals, I am digesting it too.

This was recommended to me by a professional that works with people having brain

damage, usually from trauma, but he rec. it for my obvious mental impairment

from the

mold. He thought my symptoms looked like those suffering from the sheath

deteriorating,

or something like that.

I have not taken it long enough to tell the difference, or at the dosage

required, it is yucky.

Anyone else?

I think that there is a very good chance that some mycotoxins could

damage the mechanisms in your body that perform the conversion of

flaxseed oil omega 3s into DHA and EPA. So you are better off just

taking good quality fish oil. Unless you are a vegetarian.

In which case.. I dont think fish oil is vegetarian..

I have read that eating lots of DHA/EPA (fish oil) dramatically

improves your chance of surviving a challenge by some kinds of

infectious diseases..

Fish oil AND flaxseed oil together also helps (but not as much as the

same amount of fish oil alone)

But this is for some diseases only.. the study was not about

mycotoxins or neural rebuilding.. But I really think your friend's

logic is sound.. Very sound.

:o

I think that you are onto something there..

Even if it doesnt leave you where you started, (and speaking from

personal experience, I am sure it wont.)

I think it will help. You would have a strong possibility of ending up

somewhere better than if you had ignored these ideas and passively

suffered.

Thats basically what Ive been trying to do.

Antioxidants ?.. Like lots of good old Vitamin C, E, ... Quercetin, etc..

Have you ever heard of huperzine A, Bacopa monnieri? Idebenone?

**acetyl-l-carnitine?** Hydergine? Piracetam? Hi-dose Vitamin B12?
