PIP on Managed Care Fee Schedules??

Hi All,OK so I may be a bit out of the loop here but when did PIP carriers start going to managed care fee schedules?? I have three patients with Country Insurance right now who's benefits are being administrated through a company called Corvel and they are paying us based on a managed care/network provider fee schedule.
