Most of the parents appeared to be in need of at least some education about basic healthy eating, let alone some insights about allowing themselves and their children to be used as part of a huge experiment. How did we end up being the ones people " don't believe in " ? I think the show did a good job of exposing how much of a guesing game these physicians are playing with these children. Also, they showed the strong push of pharma to get them all on as many drugs as they can, as soon as they can. Some of these kids were on 8 MEDS! The show really dropped the ball on introducing ANY nutritional concepts, or physicians who treat in some way other than with drugs. Deplorable. What I learned. You can get your overactive kid to sleep all day with drugs. If you want them allert at other times we will prescribe a second drug. If that drug gives them a tick, 3rd drug. If that drug makes them anxiouse, (you guesed it) 4th drug. 1st drug not helping? The dose just needes to be adjuste (always up). On and on the program went. OH THE HUMANITY!
