Guest guest Posted November 19, 2005 Report Share Posted November 19, 2005 Yes, the best ones. Coenzyme Q10 and silymarin (milk thistle extract) might help with various aspects of mold toxicity too.. I don't 'know' this, just guessing that they might from what they do.. But the bottom line, many mycotoxins are serious poisons, and in all probability the best any supplement or drug would do is reduce its impact by a few percent.. NOT protect one from it completely..
